Good quality
My only issue is , it is too sweet? Why?It is ok if somewhat sweet but not too sweet. That is only reason why i prefer capsules in product.Otherwise i would give it 5 star.

Takes some habit changes
I usually take my supplements in capsule format as that's the default way I did it in the last 10 or so years. This liquid supplement format is new to me, and in many occasions I ended up forgetting about it in the fridge.I tried this on its own and I didn't enjoy the taste. I decided to either add water to it or add it on my granola breakfasts whenever I want to take it. I am growing to use this more often as I am developing the habit of using the liquid format more regularly. With 50 servings, this lasts for around 2 months, and considering the amount of nutrients packed inside, I do believe it is worth getting.

Effective
This is a pricey way to take vitamin supplements, but there’s no cheap way and this does last a long time. The science behind this states liposomal doses are absorbed by the body better. I can’t confirm nor deny this, but it seems to work! The taste of this is almost pleasant. It’s quite thick and syrupy, reminding me of childhood medication. There’s only a brief flash of vitamin/health food/medicine taste. It can also be mixed into cold drinks but it’s only a teaspoonful and goes down easy enough. It’s quite simple to keep this in the fridge and take a teaspoonful every morning, and when you think there’s a lot of doses in here it’s not that expensive. It's also made in the UK which adds extra reassurance.

Expensive but seems to be working.
This is a lot more expensive than I usually pay but it does seem to have given me a boost. I am a 24 hour carer for my husband so sometimes sleep is a problem and then I feel worn out the next morning. I genuinely do feel a bit brighter since taking this. It has a nice fruity taste and keeping it in the fridge as instructed makes it refreshing to.

The reason why they don't list ingredients
You might wonder why they don't list the amount of each ingredient and why the list in photo of the label is impossible to read. The simple fact is that the amounts are too small and half of the vitamins' amounts don't even reach the daily recommended intake, unlike most multivitamins you will find out there. And those daily recommended intakes are always "official" medicine and too conservative. You normally can do with more than the recommended. In addition to the small amount (10% of K2, for example) of vitamins, the number of ingredients is limited and far less than other liquid multivitamins which also have zinc, chromium, selenium , and goodies such as vegetable extracts etc. It's just not worth buying this product. There are far better liquid multivitamins on Amazon UK for similar price or less: Examples: Swedish Nutra multivitamin liquid, Essential Life liquid vitamins for women ( The "women" there is just for marketing purposes. The ingredients are perfectly good for men the same. Actually, nothing in the ingredients justify the name "for women".)

High absorption with less stomach and bowel irritation
Liposomal Multivitamin Liquid -I have always understood the main benefit of liposomal supplements to be much higher absorbtion through body tissues and the gut. It's surprising how many 'tablets' pass straight through you without even dissolving properly. And that's a waste of money and you get less benefit from them. The liquid liposomes are absorbed better, with less irritation and also fewer bowel problems. Vitamin C is a common vitamin that if you take too much, you can get very loose bowels. All these problems are avoided with a proper liposomal product. For example, this formula contains 1000mg of Vitamin C per 5ml (1 teaspoon) which is the optimal maintenance dose.In addition to the greater bioavailability, liquid supplements are usually much more pleasant to take, especially for young children or people who hate swallowing tablets and capsules. This Liposomal Multivitamin Liquid is very very sweet and really benefits from being diluted. I have found that 1 teaspoon in about 100ml of water is acceptable, while it still retains some orange/peach flavour. The ingredients are plentiful and cover a wide range of essential vitamins, including C, D3 and K2, lots of the Bs and A. Things like iron and magnesium are omitted because they affect the taste too much, I guess. If you are anti tablet or capsules, or just can't be bothered to go through the routine of pill-popping, you should try this liposomal version and still get the maximum benefit of high concentrations of vitamins without all the hassle of tablets.

Another way to consume Multivitamin
The product now being tested is a liposomal multivitamin in liquid form in plastic bottle.I prefer Liposomal multivitamin preparations over normal vitamin preparations.Because it is made with a technology that helps it build in immediately into cells and is not quickly eliminated from the body.I have consumed and tested several products already! There are different flavors and price categories on the market.Contains complex ingredients and vitamins.Virtually the full range of essential vitamins is included in the preparation..Another thing that makes this product good for me, is that it is a liquid product. It’s an easy way to get vitamin intake.Somehow I never forgot to take it.It is no problem to take or swallow like most capsules. The taste is also quite pleasant, for me it is good to consume.I am satisfied with this product and so I can recommend it with a good heart. Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.XO Sue
