I love this sizable neck pillow.Pull it out of the cover (which has a metal zipper) and microwave it for a couple of minutes, return it to the cover, and luxuriate in it’s glorious smell and delightful warmth… especially outside of summer.Funnily enough, my staffy wants to wear it too. One day I wore it and he nosed it. I put it on him and his eyes started to close. He curled up on my lap and started to snore. Now if it’s in the bed (even if not warm) he noses his way under it. I use it a lot. I’ve ordered a few of these, and this one is the best. Most of them arrive with zippers on the cushion itself, which is just awful design because you have to put it in the oven or something… which is annoying. This one is well thought out and, of course, staffy approved!

Pronounced and pleasant lavender scent, soft cover and while it does not feel hot coming out of the microwave, it is very warm once placed and retains heat well.

I can’t live without my heated neck pillow ( I have had accidents impacting my neck). This flexible design is perfect and the herbs & seeds inside seem to draw out the pain when I have it nice & hot around my neck or shoulders or upper back. I have used it on my lower back as well, knee pain…. You name it. This pillow saves the day !Great Design & Great Value. Long Lasting & Easy to use.

The color is beautiful and the texture very soft! Great scent of lavender and eucalyptus. I gave this as a gift and the receiver was so excited to have it. It’s easy to use in the microwave.

It works amazingly, i love the pain relief in my neck and shoulders that this gives me with just a few minutes of use.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend. Excellent quality. The scent was lovely and not too strong. Super soft faux fur covering. Will be purchasing another to keep for myself!

Came in clear bag inside box, no instructions. But super full and soft. Nice material. Full aroma as well. Bought as a gift and receiver loves it. Says it’s the best one she has ever tried!

It's very soothing for my neck muscles and the aroma helps relax me before bed. I would highly recommend this!
