This drink worked wonders for me! As a medical student, my day to day is extremely stressful and filled with caffeine which can make me extremely anxious and this tea completely relaxes me. All of them taste great. My personal favorite is the hibiscus. 10/10 product. Very good pricing. definitely WORTH THE MONEY. Couldn’t recommend more. Love it and will keep buying it.

An excellent remedy for certain problems. May take a while for the full effect to be felt. Probably should contain a health warning not to be taken at the same time as certain stomach medicines

The berry one is delicious leaves a grape flavor behind . Substituting this for my wine in the evening, seems nice hopefully it will help me chill out and relax ....

Bitter taste in all 3 flavours,I'd rather drink the tea this contains than pay extortionate amounts for something that doesnt do what it says on the tin and taste gross

I love this drink, it is perfect! It helps me relax after a long day of work, I get to drink it guilt free AND it tastes great. I’m often under lots of stress. I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try this beverage, believing it would not work, but to my great pleasure and surprise, it could not have worked better!

This drink not only tastes amazing but does exactly what it’s supposed to do! I highly recommend the hibiscus one, the best one in my opinion. I was told about this drink from a friend and very glad I finally tried it.

I bought these with the main intention for a non-alcoholic drink and was curious about adaptogens. I bought the variety pack and was surprised that these taste better than I thought based on other reviews. I think the flavors taste very good for a lightly carbonated drink and taste WAY better than a lacroix or Truly. The ginger flavor is a little different since it’s not fruity but the hibiscus and berry are very good, and you can taste the flavor-it doesn’t taste like “TV static with a flavor” lol. They are lightly carbonated as advertised and I personally did feel “mellow” about 45 mins into my first drink. Very subtle mellowness, not tipsy or anything. They were very helpful to have at a big family gathering where everyone is drinking and I found these helpful to have around. I will definitely be getting more and they are more affordable than other brands.

If you like carbonated drinks, you’ll like this drink. The flavor profiles reminded me a bit more like a poppi as opposed to a plain sparkling water - which is nice when you want something a little more flavorful! Three flavors, all very different from one another. I liked the ginger and lemongrass one the most, which I was kind of surprised by. As far as the calming effects - I think I’d have to test it out for several days in a row to see if it really affected my wind down. However, the night I drank one about an hour before bed I did sleep very soundly. Correlation or causation? You tell me! There are lots of ingredients that promote a more restful state. I could see this being a great “sleepy girl” mocktail option. Customer service is very friendly and helpful, which I think deserves 5 stars alone.

These waters are not for me, but my friend was interested in trying them, so I got her a sampler pack for Xmas. I like the 6-pack option, because if you don't like it, you have less waste; also it's more affordable to buy a few to try. My friend asked for Moments, but didn't get those because they sell a 12-pack for $40, and that was more than I could afford to spend. She didn't like the lemongrass flavor because she said it had a weird aftertaste, and 1 can made her really tired. She said the berry was good, however. Not too sweet and the sweetness didn't taste artificial. She said 1 can made her feel calm, not tired. These come only in still, unlike the Moments which are available in still or sparkling, and my friend said she would prefer sparkling, especially when drinking these instead of alcohol around others who are imbibing.

I'm not a huge fan of sparkling drinks, but I'm a fan of relaxing, which is what these promise. We had three testers here, and we collectively agree that the mixed berries flavor is the best. Nice and light, quite refreshing. The Hibiscus flavor was the next favorite. It was also refreshing, however, had a slight bitter end. We didn't care for the ginger lemongrass flavor. It had an almost medicinal quality that was hard to get used to. They all had a slight aftertaste. As far as relaxation promise, I would say it delivered quite well. I deal with anxiety on a daily basis, and it did seem to help me relax. At $17.99 a six pack, it's a little pricey for our budget, but I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for an easy and tasty way to unwind.

Finally! Something that works as a wine alternative! I expected this to be similar to a flavored sparkling water but I love that it’s a little heavier on the tongue. For me, it gives the consistency and texture of wine so it’s very satisfying. It won’t give you a “buzz” but it definitely makes you feel very relaxed (I drank two once and it made me very sleepy so one is just enough). Hibiscus is definitely my favorite flavor and the mixed berry is yummy too! Not a big fan of the ginger lemongrass but I suspect someone who prefers a mixed drink would enjoy the spicy flavor. Bottom line: these help me get through my dry weeks with ease so I can stay on top of my goals. Definitely recommend!
