Poor packaging

I was looking for this watch since 6 months ago and now I got a change to buy this watch and now I'm extremely disappointed with the packaging of the watch. It arrived in a very old box that offered zero protection, sealed was broken. The lack of care in packaging reflects poorly on the brand's quality and attention to detail. The watch itself might be fine, but the initial impression was marred by the shoddy packaging. A better packaging solution is essential to ensure customers receive their products undamaged and with a positive first impression.
