Quick start to create a great fire!
We recently bought a house with a wood burning fireplace and a recent cold spell was just perfect to test it out. We bought piñon wood, but I thought we might need a boost to get the fire going. These Fatwood Firesticks were perfect--we lighted the sticks and they caught fire and ignited the wood and we had a lovely fire burning away.

Very dissatisfied with my first box! Read the revised review*
*Update * I contacted the company about the box of fatwood that was difficult to light. They immediately sent me a replacement box. This box was easier to light. I was able to start them with just a match. This is the same quality as previous purchases. I will definitely buy these again in the future. *Review of 1st box* I have bought this brand several times in the past with no issues until this purchase. These fatwood sticks are extremely hard to light. I regret my purchase. Every year I would only buy this brand because of their reliability to start fires in the fireplace. This batch is so bad it's even hard to start a fire with a torch using paper and seasoned kindling. In the past this fatwood could be lit with just a match. Now I have to find another great reliable fatwood to start my fires 🔥. Batch Information Product was Ordered on November 17th and delivered on November 20th 2020.

Excellent natural alternative to fire lighters
Difficult to find an alternative to the petrol/chemical based fire lighters. Take a little longer to light from a match, but when going have a good long flame.
