These shoes work great for crossfit, long shift at work, standing for a long time, health care workers and great shoes to have when working out.

I wear a 7 but they are a little tight and the wides are out of stock, would a 7.5 be to big?

I think you would be ok with the 7.5, since the 7 was tight and you also need a wide. It may be the perfect solution for you. I hope I'm not giving bad advice. I truly love mine.
