How long do these take to work? Are they stronger than Fleet brand?

15min-1hr to work. Yes, they do work better for our adult son. We've always used the others for 20 or more years, and they didn't seem to work so well lately, so we tried these. I thought they would work better and they do, but not as good as I thought they would. Will still order and use this product.
