Nice gift, my nine year old granddaughter loves it and it was a big hit at her at-home birthday party. I purchased an extra microphone so they could sing duets. I anticipate many more years of fun from this gift.

My daughter loves it I love it, it gets hella loud, it has a echo effect, and it’s worth the money it still working for us but I lost the cord durin moving so I haven’t used it again. The lights is cool and colors are bright it will light up the room.

The lack of 5 star review across the board was because we did nor receive microphone. I called the company and left message as instructed and never heard back from them. Lucky for us we had a microphone from an older one that go5 dropped and my granddaughter and EVERYBODY were able to use it as soon as it was opened Christmas morning. It has great sound, multiple ways to input music, she loved the flashing lights and we’ve had a lot of fun since Christmas. She is able to transport between our home and hers with little fuss-choosing song seems to take the longest when we have “group” events. My granddaughter uses this at least 4-5 days a week and at almost 8. - I love that it gives her something other than a screen to look at. This was the number 1 gift in her list and she loves it. I purchased a warranty just in case bu5 the price was so reasonable - it would’ve been sully not to. Minus the missing microphone which could have been a disaster (and the review would be much different) , but as mentioned we had one from a machine that was broken.. Customer Service 1 ⭐️star, karaoke player 3 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️- but would’ve been 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️if microphone was not missing. For the price - it is unbeatable . I will add photo when box was opened with microphone slots EMPTY.

My 8 year old daughter loves this, however the microphone port had a short in it so the mic wouldn't work most of the time. I contacted Amazon, packed it back up in the original box and UPS picked it up the next day. A new one will be here next week! So easy that it made the operational frustration much less of an "issue". I hope the new one works great! Gave 4 stars due to not knowing the final outcome of the exchange. ***UPDATE*** I reordered the replacement, UPS picked it up the next day (such an easy process!). My confirmation said I would receive the replacement once they got the old one back. I received the new one the very next day. TWO days went by that my daughter had to wait, that was all. KUDOS to Amazon for amazing customer service. The new one works great and she sings at the top of her lungs everyday! Thank you for such great service.

Was pleasantly surprised to know that you can ply music on your phone and stream through the karaoke machine. Have been toying with the idea of getting a stereo because the speakers on a smart phone just aren't loud enough when you want to play music at home, but didn't want to go through the hassle of buying a stereo. Got this karaoke machine for my kids and they love it. It is a huge hit and it also doubles as a stereo for us. You can put in your own CDs and play regular music or karaoke CDs as well. If you have Amazon prime you can use the Amazon Music, Connect to Bluetooth and play music through the karaoke machine. We decided to buy an additional microphone, and are glad that we did. The microphone we purchased is of better quality than the one that came with it. However we got this karaoke machine at a very good price so I'm not bothered by the fact that the microphone it came with doesn't work all that well. The microphone it came with you basically need to shout directly into it in order to hear it. The kids don't mind though. The kids love that it has disco lights and can change the colors and speed of the disco lights if they want. I also like that you can shut the disco lights off LOL. Overall if you were thinking about buying a karaoke machine I would recommend this one if you can get it on sale. It is not worth the shelling out $100 for this or similar karaoke machine but if you can get it at half the price or even less than I would say it is a steal

***Public Service Announcement*** Do not buy this machine. You are throwing away your money. This company is robbing consumers as there is no way they do not know about their manufacturer's defect regarding the power port. The first machine I purchased stopped working almost immediately. As instructed, I reached out to customer service. I told them that the power port was loose, and the machine was not turning on at all. I was told that the first step is to send a new power cord. I expressed again that I did not believe this was the issue but was bound by their protocols. I received the new power cord, and low and behold, it did nothing. When I informed customer service via email that the power cord did not work, I was completely ignored and never received a response. Thankfully, it was within Amazon's return window, so they sent me a replacement. My daughter has maybe used the replacement 10x, if that, and I handled it every single time. It was kept safely stored, covered in the closet. When I pulled it out over the holidays for her to perform with friends, it did not work steadily, but came on everytime I touched the cord in the power port. Now, it does nothing again. This is two machines that have the same issue, and based on the reviews, these are not isolated incidents. It is a manufacturer's defect that the company is well-aware of but refuse to address. Because it is out of the 90 day warranty, I am stuck robbed and furious with a crying child who doesn't understand why her special gift no longer works. I found an electronic's professional who will fix the port, and it will cost almost as much as the original machine. Don't waste your money here. Spend the extra to get a quality machine. I plan to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and will petition Amazon to remove Singing Machines from their site. You will regret this purchase. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Absolutely love everything about this karaoke machine!!! Super easy to set up to music program!!! My granddaughter an her friends say “ it’s wayyyy AWESOME!! At the touch of your finger you control the disco lights an volume!!! Our neighbors have gotten quite used to karaoke afternoon n have no complaints of sound!!! Love that it is not heavy to transport outside with the carry handle!! Lil rockstars sure use every inch of the microphone chord on their stage!!! Thank you for making an affordable yet entertaining piece of equipment!!! We are enjoying every moment!!! Highly recommend
