BOUGHT THIS IN NOV. 2022, over 2 years ago - and it's been a lifesaver. Originally bought this to help recovery from knee surgery. It is great and molds so well around the knee. Turns out, it is quite versatile. I've used it on my ankle, foot, shoulder... I pulled it out of the freezer this morning and it occurred to me how much use I've gotten and how much it has helped heal injuries. I think this is a great product, it's still like new, even the bag they gave to put it in the freezer with is still in great condition. I would recommend getting one just to have in the freezer for emergencies. Great value!

Great product. It stretches around your knees loose or tight and bends with your legs without digging into your skin or falling off. Nice thickness so it’s cold but not agonizingly cold. I often go to bed wearing it, which just shows how comfortable it is. If you know you need to ice your knees but don’t really like it, this product is perfect for you.

Was tired of using an ace bandage to "tie" an icepack to my knee. Looked up "knee brace icepack" and this came up. It's perfect! Not so much as a knee brace of course, just as an ice pack that goes on like a knee brace.

Nice ice pack, works well. Good size for my knee. Keep in freezer to use as needed. Has Adjustable Velcro fasteners.

Another one was very comfortable but with all the foam padding it lost his chill very quickly! This one actually keeps cold and keeps your knee cold for much longer, and I ordered this brand because I had little ankle ice packs by this brand that did the same and worked well.

Just had knee replacement surgery and needed something other than the first-aid-kit cold pack to use on my knee after the surgery. Ordered and received this item promptly and it came with excellent instructions and the necessary storage bags (no you won't have to go out and purchase your own storage/freezer bags). The ice packs are easy to use and easy to apply. I have large legs 6' 4", 230lbs, and the ice pack fits halfway around my leg around the knee joint. The intense cold lasts for about an hour, so I apply the pack 15 minutes in front below the knee, 15 minutes in back below the knee, 15 minutes in front above the knee, and 15 minutes in back above the knee, and then it's time to re-freeze. The re-freeze takes about 4-5 hours to fully freeze, but I've found that 2 hours of freezing will get you another 15-25 minutes of quality ice time. Might be the best product that I've ever purchased. Super highly recommended.

This is the BEST ever I have found!!I just love this ice pack.The versatility of use is endless.As I have a bone on bone issue with my knee this worked out perfectly to help eliminate the pain and the swelling. I use it every night. You can use it both ways for top of knee or reverse it and put it under your knee. The soft fabric helps eliminate having to use a "towel" to protect your skin of course unless you are super sensetive to cold then you most definitely would put a towel under it but I found no need to.Very pleased.

I was excited to receive these but I would have to agree that these don't stay cold very long. To be fair, I strap these on my knees right after a run, cycling, or jumping rope and my body must be warm/hot. These go into my chest freezer every night after use so I know they are adequately chilled when I use them the next day. They only last 15 to 20 minutes max once applied. I liked that this came in a set of 2 and I like the included storage bags. Just wished they stayed cold longer.
