Received it on time, well packaged. I have used it already for 2-3 months, it gives good relieve to my back especially to my lower back and shoulder due to office work. Height is adjustable, if your too small just add a cushion. Easy to move around incase you are in a foreign country, you can send it on a cargo. The heat also works well. Overall, it's a great product, I have purchased other Renpho Massager and it's not failing me.

Nice product, though it takes up a fair bit of space on your chair, so you'll want to be sure your office furniture has some depth, unless you want to be sitting bolt upright/forward all the time. A cordless remote would have been nice, because it's a pain to have it attached via cable

Absolutely love this! I fully amortized my previous one and looked at this as a replacement. I am average size/height (180/87) and this guy applies the massage exactly where I want it on the back and neck

Recommended to those had back pain specially who those seated for almost 8hrs.

Very bad product, 1 week after buying the motor of vibration started to make loud sounds and the back and neck massage speeds not working anymore (only the slow speed working)

I ordered the product without realising its not returnable. Product is good however a bit narrow therefore not of much use to us.
