Really good riced cauliflower. Shelf stable and easy to use. Great flavor. Sometimes I just eat it with butter, and Nature's Seasoning.

Everything about this product is fantastic.

First when I saw the color of it I was not sure if I will ever taste this.The taste was actually, pretty good, but I have to remind myself this came with the barcode so it’s still a processed food.I am giving four stars because it is very convenient, especially if you wanna take this with you on a long few days hike, or camping, it does not need refrigerator and it’s very easy to cook.The taste is good but is missing the freshness / crunchiness of the oven baked cauliflower, this one is more like a cooked one.The price for the size is little bit high, when you compare how much servings you can get when you chopped your own cauliflower, or when you buy frozen cauliflower “rice” but again you are paying for the convenience.Overall not a bad product.

Tasty, easy to use and not watery, like some other brands I've tried. I will buy again.

This cauli rice is fantastic, and is great for when we are camping or at home. I wish it were easier to find pouched cauliflower rice like this in stores, since it is often sold out online. Tastes great, cooks up great.

FOR BEST RESULTS: Throw away the contents and eat the package...If this is healthy eating, count me OUT! Make your own--you can't do worse than this! The taste is horrible - smells like sauerkraut (or dirty socks)! And to think I was suckered into paying so much more for this garbage - good for them - stupid me! I wouldn't even DONATE this to the foodbank - why torture the less fortunate! They made me give it at least one star - the way I see it, they owe me two in return! -------RUN AWAY!

These are good! I make a quick fried-rice dish (in the oven). Empty one pack into a small toaster-oven-size casserole dish. Add about a teaspoon of sweetener to cut the sourness of the cauliflower (I use a packet of stevia). Stir in whatever add-ins you like, up to a cup total, in quarter-cup increments. For my last batch I added craisins, slivered almonds, chopped celery, and a pre-scrambled egg. Add whatever seasonings you like. I added beef seasoning. Stir in a tablespoon or two of olive oil or generously dot with butter. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Change it up every time; add whatever you have on hand. An quick, easy, healthful meal!

Not a fan of the flavor but cannot expect cauliflower to not taste like cauliflower. I had previously purchased a similar product that I can no longer find, and it had a better flavor. It is something I will use again but need to learn a different way to use it. I was surprised at the higher cost.
