Sturdy, well-made strainers that handle everyday kitchen tasks
These strainers have quickly become some of my most-used kitchen tools. The stainless steel construction feels solid and doesn't show any signs of rust or discoloration after regular use and washing. The mesh is fine enough to catch small particles when straining tea, rice, or sauces, yet it's durable and hasn't warped or bent. The handles are comfortable to hold and stay cool even when straining hot liquids like pasta water or broth. I also like that they come in different sizes, since I can use the smaller one for tea and the larger one for noodles or produce. They clean up easily, whether by hand or in the dishwasher, and the mesh hasn't clogged or lost its shape. Overall, these are well-built, versatile strainers that I'd happily buy again.

Solid stainless steel strainer with a comfortable handle
I’ve been using this strainer mainly for rinsing vegetables, skimming pasta water, and straining loose tea, and it’s worked very well so far. The fine mesh catches small particles better than some of the cheaper strainers I’ve owned, and the stainless steel feels sturdy instead of flimsy. The handle is comfortable to hold and stays stable while pouring or rinsing. I also like that it cleans up easily and hasn’t shown any rust spots after multiple washes. One thing to note is that because the mesh is very fine, thicker foods can take a little longer to drain, but that’s expected with this style of strainer. Overall, it’s a simple kitchen tool but feels well made and useful for everyday cooking tasks.

✅Honestly, it was exactly what I was looking for.
I bought this strainer because I was looking for a very fine one, as my child doesn't like finding even the tiniest bits in his juices. I was using a tea strainer and it was a real struggle. In short, this one worked wonderfully. If you need a strainer with a fine mesh, this one might work for you.

Can't get perfect poached eggs? Are you using one of these?
It's all about poached eggs for me when it comes to breakfast, took a long time to suss out what the most vital component of the perfect poached egg is and it comes down to two things - first, the egg; younger the better as it has firmer white so if you can buy from a local farm from foraging hens you're golden: two, the fine mesh sieve; this is what gets rid of the wisps, there is no other way to get a perfect poached egg than to use a fine mesh sieve. Crack egg into sieve resting on a large cereal bowl. Let the wisps drain for 60 seconds. Lightly bounce the sieve on the bowl a couple times, let it drain for 15 more seconds. Tilt egg into a clean ramekin/small bowl and repeat for as many eggs as you need. Boiling water, turn to simmer/low, as soon as water stops rolling, place your eggs in. Place lid on. Timer set to 3:00. Remove using a slotted spoon and place on paper towel to dry. No need for vinegar, salt, stirring the water or any of that other nonsense, perfect poached eggs every time. This sieve is the perfect size, I've tried 3" and they're too small for LG or XL eggs to properly drain the wisps. This sieve fits perfectly on top of a cereal bowl, it's easy to clean and it's the right fine-ness to allow the wisps to drain while the egg remains perfectly intact.
