Is this the same as 213 media filter

For those reading, the question as it pertains to the "old" filter may be a reference to the Aprilaire 2210 air cleaner assembly before the upgrade kit is installed. The old filter was a pain in the azz to replace; this new filter slides in in 60 seconds. The filter fits some other air cleaners, but mine is an Aprilaire 2210 from 2002 with the upgrade kit. I am guessing that newer Aprilaire cleaners dropped the old design and use filters like this one.

Are these filters made by Aprilaire or not? One review says they aren't so which is it?

Mine came in Aprilaire box. Says aprilaire on filter. No reason to believe it is not.

If it says Aprilaire in blue beneath the product title it is supposed to be the OEM product by Aprilaire. Atomic Filters sells the OEM on this listing. If you order this and do not get the OEM, report the seller to Amazon or contect the seller in advance and ask if it comes in the Aprilaire box. The OEM part comes in an Aprilaire box(boxes may vary).
