Excellent tablets!! Really helps with Lactose!! Easy to swallow and efficient!!

They do help. As long as you remember to take them. Always have some with me in my bag. Mich better value than the little tins. Which I now refill with these.

I aquired lactose intolerance as an adult, but love dairy. These have allowed me to enjoy food with cheese and dairy and coffee with milk again! I still get the same pain I usually do but no other symptoms. I do stick to the recommended dose though, maybe taking extra would eradicate that issue. Really great and a good price too, I wish I’d set up a subscription.

This product does not work. I have been lactose intolerant since I was a baby, I have been for the most part of 3 years lactose free. I love cheese and other milk product so I tend to treat myself sometimes. I got this brand since the previous brand I had was good but not the best. First of all you need to take 3 pills before a meal containing dairy, why not 1? On the other side they say you can only take 3 a day. Yesterday, I took 3 pills for some poutine, everything is fine a bit of wind and discomfort in the bowels but that is understandable. Today, I took 3 pills and I had some Le Roulé, a French cheese with crackers as a light snack. I had no more than 1-2 table spoons of cheese. A couple of hours later my literal stomach was hurting so bad I was bending over in pain. A couple hours after that I was hit by hot flashes, excessive sweating, intolerable pains in my bowels and I will spare you the rest. I do understand that the fast acting pills are not as good as the 30 min wait ones but this is ridiculous. Usually, I don't have dairy 2 times in a row or in the same week and I do try and plan ahead.

These work! No bot reply here I bought a couple kg of Protein works whey a while back on offer. Constant gas hours after it though. Two of these with it. Sorted.. Certainly stops the bloat pain/ gas. Dropped a fart that would clear a battlefield the other night. But I'd no paint passing it myself. Worth a go!

I bought these tablets because my usual ones are out of stock. These tablets do not work for me. I have been lactose intolerant since 2009 and since taking these tablets I have had an extremely gassy stomach with very loose bowels a short time after taking these tablets . It cannot be a coincidence that I am experiencing much discomfort after taking these when I have no side effects when taking my usual ones. I have stopped taking these and will not be purchasing again.
