I use these tomatillos for recipes. Its a cooked product ready for your food processor or blender. I make Tomatillo salsa, Mexican green sauce etc. The uses are endless. Good product.

We use a great deal of tomatillos in our home. The only problem I have is every single time I order a case half the cans come in damaged. Amazon needs to take better care in the warehouse and in shipping.

This product is not readily available in my area. I will consistently reorder.

I had a recipe for a tomatillo salsa, and it called for boiling whole tomatillos, slipping off the skins, and then processing them in a food processor. The problem is, since tomatillos have pectin in them, the salsa gels when left for a night in the fridge.With these canned tomatillos, the salsa doesn't gel.I am glad I found them.
