I've been using Alpha Lipoic Acid for a month now, and I'm really impressed with the results! I started taking it to support my nerve health and boost my energy levels, and I've already noticed a difference. Took me around 2 weeks to notice some changes in the pain i was having due to neuropathy. I think it works, however please note that I was also taking B12 methylcobalamin, fish oil , D3+K2 and magnesium glycinate. So I am not 100% sure that only ALA worked. But you can definitely give it a try. Editing after 3 months : After consuming it for 90 days.. I can say my neuropathy pain is gone like 80-90% . No side-effects from this. R-ALA and only ALA are different. This R-ALA I have used to control and recover from neuropathy for my mother, turn out to be too good. Let mention here for some time I used R-ALA (inside as content was shown ALA, was ineffective. Neuropathy burning or pair showing some other part of legs. I again switch over to this brand - there is significant improvement. One has to be very careful in using supplements.

I didn't notice any benefits while taking this product, so I opened one capsule to examine the contents. The powder had no noticeable sulfur or chemical odor, whereas I expected R-ALA to have a stronger smell based on information I've read. I also mixed the powder with water. It sank to the bottom and made the water cloudy instead of behaving the way I expected. Since the label lists rice extract, I couldn't tell how much of the capsule actually contained R-ALA. These observations made me question the product's quality, so I decided not to continue using it. I would personally prefer to purchase supplements that have strong third-party testing or certification.

When you take it regularly, I find surge in energy but when missed couple of days, energy crashed...it is not suppose to happen that way with ala.

I just ordered it, product is genuine it has ALA R form, I m using this for peripheral neuropathy since 1-2 days and effects can be seen although it's only 5-10 % percentage it takes time to heal. I m taking 1-1 everyday. As for product it's original, packing was good although slightly expensive but ok otherwise. ALA might help a lot of people but for some it other issues so check it with your doctor. I m gonna order this again, I m editing my review I took it for a month and my nerve pain is healed a lot like 70%. I can say it's a genuine product and this is my second purchase, go for it eyes closed

I am suffering with pain in my feet due to neuropathy. I was also taking B12 methylcobalamin, D. My pain has not gone but it restricted to that area only and not become worse or spread to the legs . I am on no nerve painkillers . I am using TENS foot mat once daily . But you can definitely give it a try. O have been having it for over over a year . .. I can say my neuropathy pain has not become worse . Ordered my 5 th bottle .

Whne .my wife took this she had severe pain in her legs. Which is "wake symptom" of neuropathy. That means it works. Good thing.
