Amazing
The best fitness journal I've come across! So easy to just pop into your bag and carry everywhere. Love the set out of it because I can track all my progress. Amazing job with this one, Team MaLetics!

Great product, beginning or long term
I'm used to jotting down sets reps etc in my phone but found I'd get distracted, this has helped me focus more and now I keep my phone locked away or on do not disturb.This was great for keeping track of all my sessions, I could also go back to previous weeks to see how far I've com, also I've got into the habit of writing sessions down for up and comin days so I keep my self accountable by not missing them.As I train at various gyms around the UK some weights are Lbs or KG so I'm able to categories locations and work out my conversion whilst prioritising my progressive over load without a big jump in weight and ruining my workout.Very versatile and A6 is just the right size doesn't feel to big I can slip it into my pocket, no issue.Will be ordering a few more once this one is full!Great price, it gets thrown around, liquid chalk all over it and a few spilt shakes on it... still in one piece very robust.

Nice book, pen didnt work.
I am really pleased with the book, it is a really nice good quality product, everything about it feels premium. It is a sturdy hardback, the perfect size, and is backed in a high quality material. It has plenty of pages, comes with an inbuilt ribbon bookmark and elasticated sheath to keep the book closed.The only reason I have given the book 4 stars and not 5 is because the matching pen that comes with the book did not work at all. A shame because like the book, the pen felt like a premium item, it had a good weighty heft to it (solid metal), a smooth twist top mechanism and felt robust, however no matter how much I scribbled with it I could not get it to write. Considering the price of the items compared to other similar products, I would expect the pen to work. Still not the end of the world I have other pens.

Neat little fitness journal,set out nicely. Has pages were you can keep your measurements,also areas were you can log your exercise, cardio, intensity,duration and Calories burnt.Comes with a handy pen too.

A great item ideal for any keep fit fanatics out there who wants to jot down what they do & what they want to achieve. Perfect
I have been training for about a year and half, I always try to kind of truck my progress but I never stuck to a proper plan.Today was the first time I used the journal and I can say, I enjoyed it.Really easy to use, small enough that it can fit even in my jacket.I am definitely looking forward to truck my progress and record my exercises with this diary.Just a little note, the only thing I would have like is at the beginning having a calendar or something like that to cross the days I exercise.
