Sound amazing + Super comfortable!!!
I love all AKG headphones and in ear monitors that I own. I own several different models of both styles. I got these to be my dedicated pair for use with my Yamaha keyboard, but wanted a high enough quality pair that would sound excellent when using with my phone and laptop. I wanted headphones that are very comfortable and closed so that I can play without anyone hearing it and also so they would not need a DAC or amp's extra power to sound the best. These have a low power requirement. I love how the cable can be removed from the headphones so that I can get different styles of cables, upgrade in the future, or easily replace if it gets damaged. I also like how these fold up for storage. I hope that more people will try several AKG products and fall in love with them as I have.

Clear, straightforward, quality cans.
I have been on a tear trying out closed-back, wired phones in the $150-$250 range and these AKG’s are the winners. They even beat out my ATH M50’s for flat, uncolored, yet full soundstage. The build of these is simple, sturdy, and fairly comfortable, and at 32 ohms, they can handle volume without distortion. Excellent value if you’re looking for excellent critical listening headphones that are durable and give “honest” sound!

Failure in Right Ear after 6 months
Nothing to say besides the title, the right ear is out, googling around it seems a common product for years with this brand of headphones. My last pair was about 10 years old which is why I was replacing them, but I was suckered in by the advertising reviews and didn't know to look further. If you are paying 150+ for a pair of headphones they really should last longer than 6 months.

Audiophile quality
These headphones are excellent. Sound quality is amazing, low impedance, and great sound isolation. I highly recommend these headphones.

Incredibly uncomfortable and not compatible with any other earpad / cable options.
These garbage headphones are extremely uncomfortable. You can't swap in alternate earpads. You can't use an alternate cable because it has a proprietary cable connection. Literal trash.
