My almost-five year old cannot get enough of these books! He already owned other World of Reading books (specifically, World of Reading Marvel Boxed Set: Level 1 - Purchase Includes Marvel eBook! ). However, my brainwashing has finally worked, and now he is a Star Wars fan. So when he got these books he was delighted! The sex includes six book with short stories from different movies. Each story covers a small sub-section of the movies (not the full movie). In this specific set, there are three books from the classic trilogy: - Escape from Darth Vader: How C-3PO and R2-D2 escape with the Death Star plans (from Episode IV, a New Hope) - AT-AT Attack!: The Empire's attack to the Rebel base in Hoth (from Episode V, The Empire Strikes Back) - Ewoks Join the Fight: Landing on Endor, meeting the Ewoks, fighting the storm troopers (from Episode VI, The Return of the Jedi) Then, there are another three books from the latest movie, Episode VII, The Force Awakens: - Finn & Poe Team Up!: Poe getting captures, Finn releasing him, escaping together - Chaos at the Castle: Arriving at Maz's castle, the battle, Leia's appearance - BB-8 Finds a Friend: Poe giving BB-8 a secret message, BB-8 meeting and befriending Rey The books have very nice pictures, with all the characters drawn in a cute way without losing their original personality. It has some impressive scenes like the AT-AT drawing, and also appearance of key characters that my son loves, like Darth Vader and Kylo Ren (the dark side is strong with my little one, I guess). The books have 2-4 sentences per page, simple enough for him to read. They repeat words multiple times, which is good so it help him better understand the story. I have uploaded a couple of samples so you can get an idea. Overall, this is a fantastic set of books, and I have already pre-ordered the Level 2 set. I got my son this collection of books. Absolutely fantastic.I only wished they made more. My son enjoyed the reading the pictures everything about the collection was awesome. He only wanted more books. That's the only gripe I have. They should make more of this collection. Thank you very much Adam Altman

These are great beginner reading books for Star Wars fans. The stories are good and fun to read.

Got these for my son in kindergarten and he loves them. He is a big Star Wars fan. Many of the words are difficult for beginning readers, and in general the books are more difficult than I thought they would be. But since he is such a fan, it has inspired him to try to read them. He is much more interested in reading these books than the generic stories in other early reader books. I have to help him with a lot of the words, but his enthusiaum is high. These books are better for first graders, or more advanced kindergarten readers, not beginners. But they are great for encouraging a young Star Wars fan. There is one story from episode 4, episode 5, and episode 6, and there are 3 stories from episode 7.

My son is obsessed with this set. Easy to read and simple explanation of Star Wars stories

LEVEL2は（ネイティブの）幼稚園児向けより若干平易な程度で、英検4級を目指す子供には丁度良い難易度です。 5級には厳しいかもしれません。 とは言え、SW好きであれば、わからない単語や文章であっても映画のシーンを思い出すことで理解できると思います。

These books are great. Pleasant illustrations and my kid loves to learn how to read with these books.

My 5 year old son has just started to get into Star Wars but is too young to watch the movies but is desperate to know more about them. These books are a great way for him to enjoy the fantasy of Star Wars without the nightmares. They also have the added bonus of improving his reading. Getting him to read more books was becoming challenging, however these books have ignited excitement at bedtime, and he looks forward to reading them. We love them because they aren’t too long, ideal at the end of a busy day! The illustrations are fabulous, like poster art, and our son loves flicking through them naming each character. These books have been a great success in our house, and made one little Jedi boy very happy.
