Very disappointed with this purchase.
I ordered the ShreNik Cycle Front Disc Brake Machine F160 R140 on 18th February 2026. Unfortunately, I received a defective product. I immediately requested a replacement on 24th February. On 2nd March, the status showed that the replacement item was dispatched for delivery, but it was never delivered. Then on 3rd March, the status suddenly changed to “Sorry, your item is getting delayed.” After waiting for more than two weeks from the original order date and still not receiving the correct product, I had no option but to cancel the order. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, especially as my child depends on the bicycle to go to school. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the replacement process. Would not recommend based on this experience.
