In case you haven't figured it out yet, most of the fat tester calipers you see online are pretty much the same item. This one is the least expensive of all of them as of March 2017 and has free shipping. Therefore you should purchase this one on Amazon.All of them are kinda flimsy and it really depends on how you pinch your fat in the right spot, so keep measuring a few times to make sure you are getting an accurate reading. (In fairness, the instructions mention that.)Read the instructions, but more importantly watch Youtube videos to make sure you are measuring your fat the correct way.By the way, according to Dr. Joel Fuhrman, a good RULE OF THUMB is that women ought to have 1 of belly fat and men ought to have half an inch.This company send the item very fast and it was new and packed well. I recommend them.

Cheap and inaccurate.

No way to accurately measure. The plastic piece that clicks into place is supposed to indicate the measurement. I had to use so much force that the measurement was never accurate.
