Kara brand coconut milk is usually my go to for cooking curry and laksa. However, I chose the powder to save some space for a camping trip. It is as delicious, easy to mix and made a tasty addition to my laksa.

I like this product for times when I don't have canned coconut milk, but also for when I don't want to add more liquid to a recipe where I want coconut flavor. I find more uses for this than for canned coconut milk. I also like to add it to a recipe where I am using canned coconut milk, for more noticeable coconut flavor. A great item for Indian and Thai cooking; also for baking.

I like that it comes in the packet, so I can use only what I need and close the pouch for later.

Doesn't taste right or add creaminess of real oat milk. Handy in a pinch maybe though..hmm

I love this product because it is the best coconut powder I have used in various cuisines of food preparation because it is closest to the fresh coconut milk in flavor, taste and texture. It enhances the taste of both vegetarian and meat dishes especially seafood. The plus side is you can store it and use at your convenience.The best thing is that it's available globally through Amazon.

This is a delicious product for coffee creamer. It mixes well/instantly and tastes coconutty. However, it's also quite high in fat and calories that I mix it with other ingredients (skim milk and collagen powders) to make it healthier and less fattening creamer - and this works well and avoids the multiple unwanted ingredients of commercially prepared powder creamers.
