They will work, but they might be a little big. But I was ok with that .

Does it work for just women?

I was very pleased with the pads I ordered on Amazon. They were exact fit. I am a man so no it doesn't just work for women.

pads are working well, have washed them a lot, but I need the velcro straps, can anyone help?

The Loop Velcro strap isn't something that Aspen sells, so it's not something that Scientific Bracing has access to. In my experience, usually, if there is an issue with the velcro not holding ,there is a considerable amount of lint in the hook velcro. This can be picked, or combed out and the collar should work again. Hope this helps.

Great option to replace Breg Pinnacle Pads.

My hospital dispensed a Bret Pinnacle rigid collar for my neck fusion. After 9 weeks of wear and washing the pads needed to be replaced. Unable to find the same brand, I ordered Vista Pinnacle replacement pads. They are slightly larger for the neck and throat. I was able to fit them without altering the pads. They are comfortable, clean and fairly priced.

Aspen Vista Cervical Collar Replacement Pads fit and work well

If you have to wear a cervical collar for 6 weeks postop, the sponges can get a little dirty and it is nice to have replacement pads to wear while the others are drying. They fit the Aspen cervical collars perfectly.
