Brand new to compression socks. Glad I bought these.
Never wore compression socks before in my life. Had some folks from church highly suggest them. Ran into problems with left leg from back to toes. PT helped a little. MRI showed nerve issues. Trying chiropractor before a spine specialist. Bought these as another way to conservatively try & fix things. I am not a Dr. but these are a step in the good direction. They do help. Certainly, not a quick cure, but I have felt improvement from wearing them. Cold sensation & tingling in my foot is noticeably less. I have no problems wearing them for more than 8 hrs at a time. They are very high quality & are comfortable. Obviously they are tight. I have an easier time putting them on without balling them up trying the get the whole sock over my heel. Just start at the top sliding the unraveled sock over your foot & heel, then gently tug as you need pulling it where it gets snug. Much better than getting the whole bunged up sock over your whole leg. After the first wear, I bought 5 more pairs. Amazon even gave me a discount on a couple of them. I'm sold. Good socks. The only negative, is the cool material they are made of. Unavoidable. I am kinda sensitive to cooling fabric like spandex, moisture wicking clothes are a negative to me. These are cooling. They get cold easy. Yet, they are thin enough that you can wear a warm sock over them & they do not create a problem wearing your normal shoes. Still worth the buy. Understand the need for the material, will not knock off a star for it.

UPDATED REVIEW. (So far, so great!)
UPDATED REVIEW: 6 years later. When I initially bought compression socks 6 years ago, I bought a few different brands. This brand is the best & my favorite from the different brands. It’s been 6 years & I just purchased two additional pairs. Yes, they pill (as I noted in my first review below). That’s not an issue, as it in no way affects the functionality. Regarding my first review & having an issue with the tightness when sleeping with them on…….you’re not supposed to sleep with them on, so I stopped doing that. The tightness of the socks are perfect. I appreciate the variety of colors. I absolute love the longevity of these socks. 6 years in & all of the SB Sox I purchased have 0 issues. The elasticity is as good today as it was when brand new. I can say that’s not the case with all compression socks. I recently threw out another brand, as that brand’s sock lost it’s compression.NOTE: I do not put these socks in the dryer, as over time, the heat can break down the elasticity. I air dry them after every washing. If you are looking for a great pair of comfortable, supportive & long lasting compression socks, this is the brand for you.My massage therapist recommended that I get compression socks to assist with a painful arthritic toe & related the swelling that had been impeding my daily activities. I did a lot of research to better educate myself on compression socks, how they should feel, how to measure for the proper fit, benefits of the socks etc. Once I completed that research, I read hundreds of reviews (on Amazon) on the numerous brands that offer compression socks. I purchased a pair of SB Sox as well as two other brands. So far, these are my favorite pair. I can feel the compression thru my calf and the cushioning provided in the entire foot is quite noticeable. From my toes to my heel, my foot was resting on what feels like padded softness. I did not have this experience with the other two brands. The band at the top is secure and I have not had any slipping. I find it to be tight enough to stay up by not so tight as to cause discomfort, pain or indentation on my leg. I wore them to bed (even though much of what I read did not recommend this). I had no discomfort during night from the socks and woke up with minimal swelling in my foot and both my foot and legs felt really, really good. I then wore them to work where I was on my feet all day. Where as in the past, a full day on my feet would have me limping by day's end, this particular day I found myself with minimal foot pain and my feet felt really good. I didn't want to take them off at the end of the day because my lower legs and feet felt so good. I did machine wash and air dry them. They held up great. One thing I noticed (that I had read in another review of these socks) is that the heel / toe part of the socks started to pill up. At this point, it is just cosmetic and the benefits I receive from these socks out weight the pilling. After work I put on another pair from a different manufacturer (I'll call Brand #2). With the SB Sox being the first pair of compression socks that I've ever worn, I had nothing to compare them to. I wore Brand #2 to bed. Brand #2 did not have the same padding in the feet, although the compression through out my calf on Brand #2 was great. The big downfall for me on this brand was that the band at the top of the sock was so tight, I woke up and had to take the socks off because it was hurting too much. I was disappointed as the compression was great. Tonight I will try Brand #3. I can say that I woke up today and bought my second pair of SB Sox. I also decided to purchase ankle compression socks to wear to bed in lieu of the knee high compression socks.

SB COMPRESSION SOCKS (20-30mmHg)BEST FEELING COMPRESSION SOCKS I EVER TRIED!
LOVE the way they feel, appreciate the extra cushioning which is the main reason I purchased them since I also suffer from plantar fasciitis 😩. They are much easier to put on and get off than others brands I have. The seam at the toe seems very smooth and barely noticable, haven't had a chance to wear them out yet but I have high hopes they won't be bothersome. I ordered SIZE SMALL according to the size chart. I wear 8-8.5 in shoes and my calf measures 13.5 inch. Overall they fit like they were made for me. Leg length is just what I had hoped for, comes up right to my knee👍 I do however have to say the foot part seems to come a little short. The seam at the heel seems like it just doesn't align the way it should for my shoe size. That is why I only have it 4 stars🥺 Maybe I should've ordered a medium but then again medium per size chart says (Shoe 9.5-12.5 Calf 13.5-16)I will include a picture of the size chart since that is exactly what helped me choose a size. There was no size chart in the listing, when you click on it it's just a blank space, nothing there. Subtribe should really look in to that and fix it. I can imagine not everyone likes to scroll through reviews in hopes of someone posting a size chart. But all in all well made and comfortable socks. Definitely give them a try😉 can't beat it specially for the price! Love the color by the way beautiful bright pink

Comfortable
Fit as the guide statesVery comfy, nice and thick for comfort but not so much that they make your feet sweaty. They don’t roll down stay in place. They work for my short legs but could easily fit someone with longer legs plenty of stech but provide great compression support. No complaints of leg pains or sore feet after my long days l.As a nurse it’s hard to find compression socks that are enjoyable to wear for 12 hours and these definitely fit the bill. Not to mention you have a wide variety of color options these socks feel like an expensive pair of dress socks but could easily be used for exercise or daily wear! Will definitely buy again!
