Easy to install, just a little problem with the set up, but finally I did it. Looks nice and do the job.

I purchased these after trying another brand that I could not, for the life of me, get it to code correctly. An extremely frustrating experience. The brand that I purchased before had a piece jam inside the lock and break. That one lasted about two years and was much pricier. Before I gave up, and just return to a regular lock and key that I know SHOULD last me years, I thought I would try one more time with this lock. I just needed simple anyway. After those experiences, I decided to go low price and if it only last a couple of years, at least it wasn't too pricey. When I got this one, it surprised me just how easy it was to install and program. I was so happy with it that I decided to replace several locks on my house and business with it.

(SEE UPDATE BELOW)Definitely not the easiest thing to install, depending on your current setup. However, the little microchip that powers the electronic lock just fell out when I was installing the batteries. So it only locks with the key. Super disappointing.UPDATE: The company reached out and sent me a replacement lock free of charge. I installed it and it works great! I love the automatic lock function, especially with kids at home. You can program up to 20 different codes. I still had some trouble getting the new lock installed, but for the price and excellent customer service, I'd definitely buy this again.

I bought this for our office door after my brother forgot his keys several times. I carry a key but thought this would be easier for him. Had a friend install it but it must line up well with the door jamb groove or it won't be able to open. (Old door with many a lock change) We got the setup done but will be reinstalling the unit for a cleaner fit. Love the ease of a code entry and at a good value.

The unit I received had clearly been opened and repackaged. The plastic bag holding the hardware had been opened and taped back up and it was clear from the other packaging that it had been taken out. I would have sent it back right away, but I needed a deadbolt that day. I followed the install instructions exactly and I have a lot of experience installing knobs and deadbolts in the past, so I am confident this is not an installation issue. The one good thing about this unit is that installation and programming were easy. At first, it worked very well. Everything operated smoothly. After about the third or fourth time, however, the deadbolt started to get stuck and wouldn't lock. I have to physically push it back in and move it around to get it going again. Now it is only working about half the time. I'm very upset that I was sent a used, non working unit. What a waste of time.

We have a busy house with quite a few of us coming and going at all hours. (2 nightshift workers) I made multiple attempts to get extra keys made but none of them actually worked. This is a perfect solution for us. The door remains locked and keeps us safe, however we can come and go easily without disturbing anyone no. It was very easy to install, and it was up and running in a very short time. You can have multiple passcodes, so each person may use a code that they will easily remember. It does come with a key so that in the event you forget to replace the batteries, (it warns you when they are getting low) you still can gain access. Great product!

Value for your money - compare to the other products in the market with the same feature. And it looks good too - no complaints. Not very complicated and works great. Fairly easy to install,works well after months of constant use. Makes entry with full hands or a pet easy.

Solid build quality, performs well. Looks great too. Took me a while to find this model but I'm glad I got it.

This lock only works 2/10 times. would not buy and now i cant return... bummer
