Quite clever, but very fragile.
I purchased mine only a couple weeks ago. It is very practical to supplement the limited battery of my 3DS or my phone when I play with friends outside and do not necessary have a power outlet around.However, after only opening/closing it 4-5 times to recharge and change the batteries inside, the tiny plastic cap to close the battery compartment is already broken. The very tiny plastic hooks are simply too small to resist the pressure from the batteries inside. Now I simply hold it closed with a piece of adhesive.

Great affordable product!
I recently brought this on a trip to Scotland to help prolong the battery life of my 3DS, and it works like a charm! It works especially well if you have rechargeable AA's. For the price you get it for, it's a steal, and is not as clunky and expensive as the other battery extenders.BE FOREWARNED, the product is Japanese, meaning all of the instructions will be also be in Japanese. It should be easy to figure out what to do without the instructions.
