Great and safe for chick broader
These are absolutely perfect!!! I use them for my chicks instead of the lamps. So much safer, keep the area warm enough for chicks, they have a great life for being in 24/7. They didn't die the entire time needed. I definitely recommend

Convenient ceramic bulbs
They put out a decent amount of heat and last a long time. I love that i don’t have to worry about glass bulbs. Worked pretty well in my winter feral cat shelter. Wish they were a little stronger though.

Good deal and works well
Two for 15 bucks isn’t bad and I’d buy this again. I got this for one of my ball pythons enclosure. However, I was skeptical because when I put the bulb in and turned it on it made crackling noises and had a smell but I realized that those were completely normal for a new bulb. Also, FYI please make sure to use this type of bulb hooked onto a thermostat!!! You don’t want to cause a fire/burn your animal. Do not use this bulb without one. This bulb also heats up within seconds and it gets hot so be careful of that.
