The pouch holds three of the seven organizer modules. That certainly sounds like Friday night, Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning to me. It is a snug fit for the modules don't slide around, there's no worrying about the caps popping open. And the zipper is a sturdy one, ought to last a while. Each module is stamped with the day of the week so it is easy to see which, if any, medicines and vitamins were taken for a given day. The pouch doesn't have a loop or any sort of "fix me to your belt" construct, but it will fit in the pouch of a backpack, carry on or decent-sized purse. If you're going out for an evening, one module will fit in a clutch or inside suit pocket.

Perfect accessory to the Sagely pill organizer. Fits three days so it's perfect for a weekend. I do wish they sold a larger one for 5 day trips but I'll just buy two of these 😁
