Door knob lasted less than 60 days. I had initial concerns because the product appeared to be a return when I opened the box, and I should have returned. Now we are past the return window with a product that doesn't lock. Update: They reached out and offered a refund.

Great doorknobs! Look great and easy to install. Used on two different types of doors and fit great on both. It includes 4 keys for each knob. Great product.

Got these for interior bedroom doors because our teenage daughters like to steal clothes from each other. Installed on a closet and bedroom door by my 14 year old with no explanation from us. Serving the purpose well. Bonus, we have one extra just in case.

I bought 6 of these locks and all the locks use the same key!! I’ve never heard such madness, had I known before install I would have sent them back . Overall the locks are good quality and the finish is good . Would have been five stars if not for all the lock using the same key . So if you want each lock to have its own key this ain’t the lock for you.

This locking doorknob was well worth the price. I had it installed and working in about 20 minutes after it was delivered. The only problem I had was that the latch assembly was slightly too large to fit into the existing hole. Using a small, rounded file opened the hole enough to allow the latch to fit. After that, I tightened the two screws that connect the inside knob to the outer portion of the knob. The strike plate fit perfectly into the slot from the old one. Don't freak out if your doorknob seems to be missing the two long screws that hold the two halves together. They are screwed in flush into their respective mounting holes and have to be removed. I really liked the idea that three keys were included in the box. If you're in need of a keyed doorknob such as this, you can't go wrong with this. It looks and feels sturdy and for the price, it's a real winner.

Bought this look for my exterior Garage Door and it has held up fine. It was easy to install and fit like a glove. It has a decent look and works well.

I installed this doorknob to a bathroom closet door to keep meds locked away from my kids. It wasn't a terrible installation, and it looks nice, but it's not nearly as easy to lock it as it should be. First of all, the lock mechanism on the inside that you're just supposed to be able to turn to lock then close the door doesn't work at all; and when you use the key to lock it (which is every time), half the time you have to hold the knob to keep it from turning too. All-in-all, it has a very cheap feel to it, but it does work for what I need it to. (I would not feel safe with this on an outer door!) And price-wise, it WAS cheap, so ultimately I got what I paid for.

So I read many less than positive reviews and wondered if it was mostly operator error or truly a poor product. So out of curiosity and need, I ordered since the price was low and Amazon has great return policies. I received the lock set and checked it out before installing and it looked and felt like good quality. I felt confident that it would work just fine. I installed it. Took mere minutes. Everything went well. Lock works great. Key works great(three keys come with it). The latch is easily adjustable for the two common door lock backset spacing. The locking tab on the inside of the door can be set to either be locked or unlocked when vertical and visa versa. Just look inside the inside handle and hold the flange while rotating the knob to the way you want the tab to be oriented. I think the poor reviews were based upon operator error. The latch has the standard anti lock picking mechanism so a credit card can’t open the door. The key is pretty simple so I’m guessing an experienced lock picker would not have much trouble but this is just your average garage door type of lock. I think it’s a pretty good lock for most situations and would not hesitate to recommend.
