These shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. The box contains all the tools and screws needed (bolts were thoughtfully pregreased so they went in with little effort. I ended up installing them in 15 min between meetings, and am so much more comfortable. I have been having a lot of pain at my work-from-home office situation and it was recommended to me to get more support for those heavy data crunching days. On lighter days, I lower the arm rests so I don't lean on them. I also bought the memory foam arm rests for further support.

I bought these less than two years ago and it has started to split. I would not recommend..

I think these are mostly sturdy, but anything with bolts will have to be checked every so often. The armrest does have some type of firm cushioning that feels like a memory foam and the arms have a 3 height setting. Fantastic. Excellent buy.

Matched great to my older chair. Easy install and good armrest height adjustment for short and tall people.

rubbery material literally deteriorates in no time. replacement arms from Hon are at an astronomical price. do not buy these arms in fact do not buy the Hon chair that these fit. Look elsewhere for a reliable and sturdy office chair. Hon profits from built in obsolescence.
