Delicious!
Delicious substitute for high carb bread crumbs! I use these in all my recipes calling for bread crumbs. They give everything an amazing flavor and my family can’t tell the difference!

Useful and tasty
I wanted an easy keto way to make meatloaf, tuna patties, etc. I don't use a lot of this, but it's convenient and works well for what I need it for.

Breading and Keto
I can make Schnitzel while on Keto.I tried so many different kinds of breading while on Keto. Some I made myself, some I bought. Pork rinds are just not that tasty. Now this one... Is just wonderful. This is how I bread my pork or chicken:Flatten the meat with a hammer, Cover the meat with Lupin Flour. Then cover the meat in egg then use the breading. I dont even use a lot since there is not much in the bag. whatever is still too wet, I cover with lupin flour again. Fry in oil in a non stick pan. I topped using nonstick and use stainless but it needs some skill to make this not stick so... nonstick as a recommendation. Salt, pepper. So delicious.

good plain "bread crumb" option for boost of fiber, protein. Sodium=520 mg per 3Tbs
Lupin, Cassava, Salt, & cornstarch. That's it. If you want seasoning in, you can either add it in or choose one of their seasoned varieties (which I have and is also good). I really like this. I am familiar with Lupin and Cassava flours, so was curious for its use as a "bread crumb". It is nice to have a low glycemic option. Lower carb, has a good amount of fiber, has some protein. It does have a bit of sodium in it, so watch out if you are keeping track (520 mg per 3 Tbs serving).Note that this is their PLAIN variety, they also have options with different seasonings added in (much like one would find for regular bread crumbs). Or you can simply add in your own spices. I use the plain for breading chicken or fish, and use their seasoned for meatloaf and meatballs. Though sometimes I just use oatmeal. or a mix.Carrington Farms has been around for a long time. I used to buy a lot of stuff from this brand when it was readily available in membership stores and other chains. I have no problem or concerns with this product or company.

Good
The product was good, but some of the crumbs were too big. I tried using a rolling pin and placed the bread crumbs into a zip lock bag to smash down the crumbs more but it didn't work. They should make the crumbs more finer.
