Total rip-off, lost my $400
I bought this product years ago, tech support couldn't help it work and told me to wait for the next update, around 6 years later I still don't have a working product. I'll dig it out and try again every once in a while just to torment myself. Steelman will respond to support emails, but whoever is managing this product must be asleep at the wheel. I hope I save someone the time and cash that I lost on this.

Neat options but more effort required to set up & use!
Not sure if I like better then original wireless model. Don't like that it's not compatible with IOS/IPAD or IPhone, picks up Back ground noise too easily, you can Decrease amount but not eliminate, it even picks up background Sounds i.e. Voices in background. Still trying to figure how to fine tune. Takes a bit more effort to set up, "connect to Bluetooth transmitters" Nice options to Store, capture, email sound files, generate WorkOrders for records.

Connectivity issues are horrendous .
I thought people were just not following the instructions to connect the product to their phone or computer but i was mistaken . It really does suck as bad as all the other reviews say it does . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME . On top of that seller still has not refunded my money after receiving it last month on the 21st . might want to shop elsewhere in case there are issues and you have to return something to them

Don’t buy, does not work with Windows 10 or Android./
I thought other reviews might be wrong and others didn’t know all the tricks to make it work with Windows 10 or Android. Well after spending hours of testing and contacting the manufacturer for any updated drivers ( there were none ) I am sending it back. They do make another similar product that has good reviews and costs less.

Not a good tool
Very hard to set up. Slow to switch channels. Not made for current software of any device. This tool is by far worse to use than the super poor quality wired version.
