the AXEN buckle appears to be well built. However, I ordered the wrong size, 1" instead of my needed 1.5". The replacement buckle, not an AXEN product, did not seem to be as strong. Time will only tell if the new buckle holds up.

Just as advertised! Job was accomplished using these clips.

There were two different buckles in the photos on the sales page. The ones I got did not match either photo. For most applications this might not be a difference, but for mine the friction of this buckle does not keep the webbing from slipping through. Although the quality of the buckle is fine, it's too bad the photos were not accurate.
