Worked plug and play on my New HP Model: 14-DK0002DX. This was a brand new laptop so I was a little anxious about taking the back off my laptop and installing ram. Never done it before. I watched a youtube video. Took 15 min total. This laptop has an extra slot. Snapped it in. I had to push a little firmer than expected. It can only go one direction due to a slot in the chip so that was great. Put it all back together. Booted up. HP picked it right up. I searched the word "about"....It took me to "my computer" where it showed 12GB. This 8 chip plus the 4 already in the laptop. CP runs fast and no issues so far.

My employer got everyone laptops this year (HP ProBook 440 G5's). They came with mechanical HDD's and a single stick of RAM. I decided to upgrade mine with an SSD and another stick of RAM. This Kingston 8GB SODIMM works fine. It was detected properly and works fine, giving me dual channel RAM, which helps the decidedly weak-sauce integrated graphics be all it can be. The only downside is that RAM prices as a whole are still pretty ridiculous. It wasn't too long ago that I was able to purchase 16 gigs of branded DDR3 for around $80 USD.

I use an MSI GL62-4RE. I am a first time PC customizer if you can call me that. And i noticed hitches in my games of Fortnite while shadowplay highlights were on. Also noticed a lost of frames during explosions in Battlefield 1. Alright so installation was easy but stressful cuz tge instructions said to press down so it could click and I was afraid to break it. So I grew balls and clicked it. Now i have 16 GB RAM and no hitches. Basically plug n play.

Easy to install with the help of YouTube. Upgraded my Lenovo Ideapad s145 with this and it’s noticeably faster! Exactly what I wanted and needed and for the right price. Quick delivery to boot!

Reliable RAM for BGA laptops. Stock timings are 17-17-39 2T, but can run stable at 14-15-34 1T on a decent mainboard (check with memtest86 UEFI on a flash drive before you scramble your operating system trying that; 15-15-35 2T should work on all systems). 18-19-43, 2T, 2666 mhz even works (technically lower than the Kingston Valueram 2666 mhz sticks; they're probably all the same anyway, just higher binned), but the timings are atrocious and the increased AIDA64 benchmark memory write speed isn't worth the hit to Read speed and Latency.

I did days of research on NVME SSD drives. This drive is faster than standard SSDs, reading, writing and installing applications have been blazing fast. I was at first using a Kingston SSD. I did not use a heat sink, although I have heard these drives heat up, mines has not to the point of having any issues. I was going to buy the more expensive Samsung Evo,.....but Im glad I didnt. The price and performance of this drive is just as good. Hopefully I dont have to come back here and make an update....but so far so good.

No issues with this memory. Doubled memory from 8 to 16GB in 10 minutes. Much cheaper than buying a computer with more memory off the shelf.

Works great with Lenovo Y520-15IKBN. Paired it with a DDR4 2400 8GB Ramaxel stick that came with the laptop. Very easy to install, just make sure you unplug the battery and hold the power button for 10+ seconds to reset the CMOS before installing.

Vale 100% la pena, mi laptop tenia 8GB de fabrica, es una HP OMEN 15 2018 para referencia, y no era suficiente, tan solo encender el equipo ya estaba utilizando casi 4GB, además utilizo programas como Android Studio con emulador que consume muchos recursos, sumado a Chrome, mi laptop terminaba congelándose a cada rato. Ahora con esta adquisición de 8GB mi laptop (que tiene 2 slots de RAM) quedo de 16GB, no se traba para nada, todo va fluido y soporta tener varios programas al mismo tiempo, ni un problema he tenido desde entonces, es la mejor compra que he hecho definitivamente, además la compre en $1500 MXN, considero que vale mucho la pena, es muy fácil de instalar, solo debes ponerla en su slot con cuidado (recomiendo ver vídeos) y encender tu laptop, automáticamente la detecta, las pone en DUAL CHANNEL y no debes hacer nada más que disfrutarla.

It's actually good add it to my laptop that had only 4GB of ram it was slow but after I add this 8GB it made it more faster and more better and its not that expensive Good brand

My HP laptop with 4Gb of RAM had slowed considerable over the 4 years I have had it. I installed this additional 8Gb of RAM in the spare slot and the laptop performance is back to 'as new'.
