Broken dish due to packing methods.
Let me start with I love these dishes I have a set for my home and absolutely love them. I purchased this set for a wedding gift. With that being said the box came with an indentation on the side and a dish was broken inside. I really with these dishes were packed better for shipping to prevent damage

Minus one bowl
I ordered 3 sets for a total of 12 place settings. All arrived okay except the last box had one bowl broken. The 3rd bowl down in the packaging.

Great Dishes.
Very nice set, only issue was a couple items had chipped in dishwasher. Got replacement for 1st item. Next item I have not requested a replacement it is now a few years later and I would believe not under warranty.
