Do not buy from this seller
I recently faced connectivity issue with my product. I am using it to connect external monitor to my MacBook Air M4. When i reached out to service center, they denied warranty from them as the seller who is selling on Amazon is not listed as a reseller or dealer in their database. Amazon should do some basic paper work to check authenticity of the sellers. These are not some 100-200rs products. 4500 for a dongle is a lot of money. I feel cheated by amazon and the seller.

Heating issue: Getting too hot than normal
I choosed ugreen so that it would not get hot. But it is getting very hot. Due to which the battery of Mac will also discharge quickly.Build quality is good but heating issue is a concern.

Más conexiones para tu portátil
Un aparato sólido y bien construido. Todas las tomas que probé funcionaron perfectamente a la primera sin necesitar ninguna configuración adicional. ¡Pero me sorprendió lo mucho que se calienta! Espero que sea normal. Usado en un portátil Asus Vivobook con Windows 10. He leído que se puede usar en smartphones y tabletas pero no lo he probado todavía.

Edit:8/6/2022 Usb ports are working at usb3 speeds, 4k confirmed unning at 60hz and asix ethernet running at 1gbps.. excellent product.. none getting hot so far.. thumbs up!!! Edit.20.3.2023 Samsung dex mode working and stable! Really excellent value from the time i bought.. highly recommended usb c hub product!

Good quality hub
It doesn't supply the same power as my laptop charger, but it still charges it. Although a bit slower. All the rest of functionality works fine. Recommended.

It still works perfectly fine since June 2024
I am using this UGREEN Revodok for over two years now. It is still working fine and I use it daily, connected to my Macbook Air and an external monitor screen. Because it has been working fine for a long time now, I can recommend this product. It is been serving me well and it has proven to be reliable.
