We have many deaf family members and they depend on sign language and lip-reading for communication.This is the best face mask I've found that will show your entire mouth.Air vents through the sides, so your voice will not project as well as with cloth masks. If you are giving a public speaking presentation you'll need a mic at the side of your face where your voice can be picked up.If you sneeze, well, it's going on the mask for all to see. So if you have a cough or allergies that cause frequent coughing or sneezing I'd recommend a cloth mask over these.Very clear, there is an adhesive film on each mask and you just peel that off just before use.Good redirect of your exhalation air, no more foggy glasses. There is a foam segment that goes around your nose which prevents that warm air from rising onto your glasses and fogging them up.Very glad I purchased these and would definitely buy them again. Highly recommended.

Hi - I bought this under the premise it was the medical mask at ASTM level 3 (the ClearMask website offers medical and non-medical). However, when I received it it said “non-medical” on the box. Why is that? Does the non-medical mask still meet FDA’s ASTM level 3 requirements?

My wife is hard of hearing and read lips. I needed to find a mask to communicate with her when we are out together. This mask has been great. It is easy to put on, doesn't fog up, and it makes my wife feel more comfortable when everyone else is wearing a covered mask. I even wore the mask to an amusement park in Florida's humidity and it held up well.

I first used their masks a yr ago and loved how they fit. I get questions when I'm out on where to buy them! I think people rather wear masks you can see people. Sometimes I catch little ones staring lol. I guess they're used to not seeing pals faces in public. The masks don't fog up and they're very comfortable.
