Waste duplicate no quality product
have purchased a Activa water heater on 28/11/2023 from Amazon . Within 6 month completion,In the last 2 days, water leaked from the Activa water heater and I really shocked of the repair of new product from Activa. Then , it shows 5 star,anti rust body and quality certified in Amazon and after seeing only i purchased the product but all are fake ,in the downside rust occurs now.when we ask for technician for service and they guide us from to send the 15kg Activa water heater from tamilnadu to Delhi . Why I have to bear the courier charge of Rs1500 for this when mistake is at their end and why they are selling items in tamilnadu ??

Water leaking from all sides in a new product
The media could not be loaded. I ordered two pieces and found one to be defective. The geyser is leaking water from all sides. Amazon is doing a hand to hand replacement, meaning I have to stay without a water heater in the midst of chilling winter. Getting a local plumber to fix means I loose warranty/replacement rights. I am in a real fix here with no solutions.
