The product is easy to put on
I used this to seal the grout along the tiles in my bathrooms after doing a remodel. I was surprised that the tile installers didn't do it, and that the different supply shops in town only sold it by the gallon (if they even had it). The product is easy to put on, I used a hair dye applicator bottle and spout from a local beauty supply store. Simply pour it into the grout, and wipe off any excess after about 10 minutes. Wait a few hours and then apply a second coat to get any areas that you have missed. It has stood up to a lot of water, steam mops, and the various scratches and dings that floors get.
