I love this. It helps my swollen ankle and feels amazing.

This sleeve is easy to slip on and feels absolutely amazing right out of the freezer. Only down side is it doesn't stay cold for very long.

Wear a sock under it. It works beautifully. Just pull it on and go on about your business. Love the fit and comfort of it.

Used to sooth a broken, swollen ankle. It doesn’t get cold but only on the each side of the foot, ankle and leg. Nothing but fabric on the top and bottom of the foot. The wrap did help with the pain and swelling but stayed cold for about 5-7 mins. The fit was snug as that also helped with the swelling. I ended up purchasing another brand that iced the entire foot and leg and used this as a secondary.

I wanted to love these because they seemed like exactly what I needed. Definite pros and cons though. Pros - get and stay very cold, comfortable to wear, Cons - There is a large gap right up the middle of the front and back (the picture shows how big it is. I bought them for Achilles heel and there is no ice actually on my heel. I would also have liked to have them be tighter, more of a compression fit. Despite the lack of actual ice on my heel, my heel does get cold and they are helpful but not quite what I needed. Will probably return and look for something with no seam or a smaller one. I would think for ankle issues, they’d be great but for Achilles heel or plantar fasciitis you might want to keep look.

My husbands ankles have been bothering him. We needed an additional ice pack due to ours taking a long time to freeze. As soon as I picked up the package I was impressed and excited with the weight of it. I could tell it was really going to help my husband! After about four hours in the freezer it was ice cold. We got the extra large. It was able to go on and stay on my daughter's female size 7 foot, but it also fit my husband’s male size 13. It was comfortable and so cold to the touch you definitely need a sock on under it. I have my own tendinitis that flares up and I’m excited to have this as an option now.

Couldn’t find an ice pack that’s easier to use. You just stick it in the fridge or freezer depending on how cool (and how fast) you want it. And then you just slip it on. The fit is perfect for the advertised size, it’s soft, comfortable, flexible enough but does provide light compression. Great for pain relief and overall very good value for your money!

Top le froid dur pas très longtemps mais j'alterne avec les 2. J'ai pris taille L pour un 38 je pense que pour une taille au dessus c'est bon aussi

El efecto frío se desvanece rápido. Cuidado con la talla grande, es muuuy grande.

Articolo molto utile e di facile gestione. Si mette nel freezer Si indossa come una calza e mi aiuta a disinfiammare i tendini d’Achille . Lo consiglio

J'ai acheté le L et cela convient parfaitement à ma cheville mesurée à 25 cm selon le schéma du produit. Cela est serré mais pas trop, je pense que jusqu'à 25 cm il faut le L, sinon le XL n'a va probablement pas offrir assez de compression. Je l'ai mis au congélateur et je n'ai jamais eu un produit aussi froid. Combiné à la douceur du produit et la facilité de le mettre, il mérite largement ses 5 étoiles !
