Yes, I would consider them fine thread. I have several different connectors to the cam lock and everyone of them fits.

Threads per inch? My last adapter is a no-go because of thread pitch and I'd rather not replace a non-fitting adapter with another non-fitting one.

I adapted it to a 2" MPT pvc fitting from HD for my fire rig setup.... I will see if I can pull this off an measure the threads later this week.
