Frank Lloyd Wright Midway Gardens Sprite Statue with Baton and Pedestal Collectible Statue (42" H) - Authorized Reproduction - Cast Stone

I’m not into architecture, but what Frank Lloyd Wright created, is incredible and way ahead of its time. I bought the “twin” sprite in1996, a second one in 2008 and now this one. Stunningly beautiful and impeccably made. It arrived in a box customized for it and it arrived at the speed of light. The sprite is heavy, so follow the guidelines and assemble it at its final location as you do t want to move it, once the pieces are bonded together. I especially like the finish, which has a light grain to it, which will assure that the beauty will have moss attached to it in no time, giving it the final finishing touch.All in all, superb seller, superb product. Highly recommended. You will not regret it.

Beautiful in your home or garden and is exactly as described. Arrived in pristine condition thanks to custom foam packaging direct from the manufacturer and in only 4 days (I live in Oregon, shipped from Washington). Includes the rod and 2-way glue to secure the base and sprite together. You might want to wait to glue it until you determine its final location. Wand is a separate item so make sure you don't accidentally drop it on the floor when removing the sprite from the foam. Rod is packed with the base and is inserted into the foam - took me a few seconds to find it.

I have been wanting one of these for years. FLW is one of my favorite architects. Finally pulled the trigger and it is beautiful! Nice size and includes the pedestal. Decent price for such a large weather friendly statue. It was packaged extremely well. It is heavy and can be left out year round which was a huge selling point for me as I live in a climate with cold winters. The company provided glue and basically everything you need to set it up. I used a level and discovered that the statue base was not completely level, along with the secondary base. Once I assembled it, the statue wanted to lean so I had to use some props to keep it straight while the glue adhered. The statue is a bit top heavy so make sure the ground is level as well. You won't be moving this once placed. The baton is a cute feature but much smaller than expected which you barely notice it from a distance. The hole that was pre drilled for the baton was too large which didn't support the baton so I had to fill the hole with glue to keep the baton in and straight. If you are on the fence about ordering this with or without the baton, I recommend saving your money and order without as it doesn't add a lot of impact visually anyway. The baton is small and light, only a few inches tall and definitely needs to be glued in so the wind doesn't take it. Either way, I would have glued the baton anyway as a safety measure. It adds interest to my garden, still love it despite a few flaws.

This statue is just perfect! Much nicer than expected. The finish is so smooth it almost feels like marble. The packaging was crazy good.

I bought this for a 40th wedding anniversary gift for my husband. When he unwrapped it, we found it was chipped on a top corner. I was very disappointed as this is very expensive and a special occasion gift. My husband is fine with it the way it is but I am not
