IS it good enough to hold a 45 pound Olympic barbell?

Hello, it is not recommended to hang an Olympic bar over 1.8 meters on this rack. Mounting this rack too high will affect the experience of hangging other items. We have 5mm thick barbell holders specially designed for Olympic barbell.

What is the max weight capacity of this product?

I would guess the max weight would depend mostly on the way you mount it to the wall. The actual rack is very sturdy and I think the wall anchors would fail before the rack.
