Why can’t you ship it to my location? I live in California!

Because this showerhead uses a massive amount of water, way more than is allowed to use in California. I don't have those water restrictions and I still would not order it. The water heater is the 2nd largest energy user for a house, showerheads like this will cost you a lot more than you can imagine!

How is the water pressure? I want a high water pressure

When I initially installed this I thought the pressure was sufficient, but realized I couldn’t have been more wrong after trying to take a shower! I had to use the part that’s supposed to be for cleaning to feel like I washed the soap off my body…

How is the material quality of your shower casing? Mine breaks easily

It’s made of cheap plastic and has score marks on the side. It split at one of the score marks. Easy return and I ordered a new shower head from the newentor company that works great! I do not recommend this model. The material used in the newentor shower head is very firm, it is easy to install according to the instructions, and the water pressure of the shower is strong.

Is the head metal as well? or just the hose?

Plastic. I'm not even sure the hose is metal! I was rather disappointed. Also, be warned, it is made in china....
