They are super stretchy. I work in healthcare, and I like these because they have a scrub appearance, but they are lighter. So far, they are holding up quite well.

A medium would fit in the butt area because they are looser in that area. However, I purchased a medium and feel I can't dry them because of the length. I am the same height as you but weigh 170. I am still ok with medium because I have a smaller waist. If you have a larger waist go with large. Hope that helps!
