This brand of supplements overall seems to have very decent prices and the strength of the product is a good one for getting the right amount without having to take multiple pills are getting too much. It's my go to default brand if there's not a compelling reason to buy others. The top is easy to pop open too if you have arthritic fingers.

I have had a long term folate deficiency so i use a supplement. I got it solidly into the normal range with this supplement. Then I tried to switch to a neuropathy supplement with a similar dosage of folate. Well my levels dropped way down again. Restarted this and I am good to go again.

Foi me indicado para usar em função do tratamento para mal estar, diminuir eou melhorar o foco. Até então, tenho gostado dos resultados, é muito provável que eu use por um bom tempo. Irei aumentar a dose para saber se gera ainda mais resultados ou piora. Mas, eu indico, já que é um suplemento. Me ajuda no foco e na disposição, já que atua na disposição de serotonina e dopamina. Vale a tentativa. Mas precisa de paciência
