I brought this for my wife. She has iron deficiency. After having this supplement. She was feeling less fatigue and more energy. Only issue is first few days the supplement won't suit to your stomach, after that it will be ok.

Definitely a Must Have
This Iron and Zinc tablet is definitely a must have. I have been taking this tablet for 5 days now and I must say I see visible difference in my energy. I'm usually very lethargic. But after taking these supplements I feel energized and my fatigue has reduced significantly.
