Rum BBQ Sauce

I first ordered this sauce a couple of months ago. I grilled some chicken and then added the jerk barbecue sauce and it was delicious! It wasn’t spicy as I don’t like spice but it was very flavorful! I bought another bottle and will be trying it on some baby back ribs!

First got this sauce on a visit to Jamaica. It is bright, spicy, and adds a kick to food. We used up the bottle we brought back and had to buy more.

Tasty sauce. Great for basting. You need to cook it down for a while to thicken it up and let it caramelize. After that it has a nice depth of flavor. However, it's not spicy at all. If you like spicy, I recommend adding hot chili powder or flakes to taste, so you can make it spicier without adding sodium.

Tastes like a Jamaican A1steak sauce. I liked it on burgers and steaks. Not so much for chicken. Mild not hot.

Best bbq mix ever. I’m looking to stock up more whenever I bbq this spring and summer.

Amazing

I was excited to try this sauce with the jerk chicken I was going to grill up tonight. Unfortunately, when I took off the plastic it had this black stuff around the rim. It appears the sauce must’ve leaked out, I opened the top and there was no air tight seal, and the metal lid has this very metallic smell. Thinking I’ll throw this away and not risk using it. Very disappointed due to the great reviews.
