Are the tires air filled or solid?

Mine are air filled (pneumatic) but came under filled. You will either need an air pump, or you'll have to take the wheels (best before you fully assemble the wheelbarrow) to a gas station or some place you can get free air. You will need an air pressure gauge to insure you inflate them to 25 psi (and not under or over inflate them). You "should" have an air pressure gauge in your car, anyway, so if you don't, get one.

Is the tub steel or poly?

Does anyone know how to obtain a replacement bolt that has rusted; I can't locate a 8x65mm replacement? The manufacturer would not help.

Ace Hardware, but I don't like the carriage bolts, once the plastic wears and it no longer retains the square shape in the plastic your stuck in the plastic barrow cracks. I used regular hexheads bolts with nuts and lock washer.

Technically it's made wherever you are because you have to put it together. But I think it's USA. Very sturdy and un-tippable. I use it (along with a giant plastic bag from Lee Valley tools) to move gray water to places the hose won't reach.
