Runs small. The horse size was too small for my 16hh TB

Should i go for pony or horse? i see the reviews say that the horse is way too small. would a pony or horse size be appropriate for my shetland mare?

It says horse size. I think they are cob. My guys are 15.3 and 16.2. They were ‘right’ on both. I added baling twine to make them work.

I would get Horse size. The Horse size was too small for my 16hh TB, so it may work on your Cobb. I gave mine to a friend with a much smaller horse, but one of the snaps broke shortly after, so I don’t think the quality is the best.
